Project Overview
Created archetypes and personas based on information gathered from 15 interviews to humanize the experience of fatherhood using multi-media products, informing public-sector policies to transform the social safety net.
My Role
As a project manager, I organized teams, tasks and alignment to ensure a smooth design sprint using AGILE methodologies. As part of the UX Research team I lead foundational research, developed interview scripts, surveys, and outreach plans, as well as leading affinitization, and data analysis. Finally, as a UX Designer, I oversaw the use of the research insight's implementation into final designs, and spearheaded user-centric design.
